Our house is conveniently located within easy reach of Liverpool's top attractions, including the Albert Dock, the Liverpool Cathedral, and the Cavern Club. The area is well-served by public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

Cancellation Policy

Guests can receive a full 100% refund if they cancel at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. However, cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before booking.

Other things to note

A copy of our terms and conditions must be signed before check-in. The lead guest (the person making the booking) will also be requested to provide a 100% fully refundable £200 security deposit and official Government ID. Check-in details will not be released unless these requirements are met. One set of keys will be provided. 

No excessive noise between 10 pm - 8 am.
The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests

Note: This property has outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests. There is also a noise detection device installed to monitor only the noise decibel levels in the property to respect our neighbours. If excessive noise is repeatedly detected, it may result in termination of the booking without a refund.

we had a great stay, great big house without so much space and privacy. we stayed with 2 children, the house is free of clutter. The host was very responsive, clear instructions were provided. I would recommend and use again.

Honest review from 7 female guests (aged beween 37 and 69). House in quite location outside of the city centre, but very easy to reach via bus (25 mins) or taxi (8 mins). Lidl a 2 minute walk which was very convenient. A few tweaks needed to get house up to standard, but depends what you're there for. (I guess 7 guests wanting to cook meals together and enjoy Art galleries are a different cohort to lads wanting to rest their heads after a trip to the football stadium 😂) There were a few issues, but the host was speedy to reply and deal with them. I suggest bringing towels as the ones provided were small and dining table sits 4 people max.
