Cancellation Policy
Guests can receive a full 100% refund if they cancel at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. However, cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before booking.
Other things to note
A copy of our terms and conditions must be signed before check-in. The lead guest (the person making the booking) will also be requested to provide a 100% fully refundable £200 security deposit and official Government ID. Check-in details will not be released unless these requirements are met. One set of keys will be provided.
No excessive noise between 10 pm - 8 am.
The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests
Note: This property has outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests. There is also a noise detection device installed to monitor only the noise decibel levels in the property to respect our neighbours. If excessive noise is repeatedly detected, it may result in termination of the booking without a refund.

Group of 9 of us enjoyed our stay at this property in Liverpool! Lots of space in the house and was very easy to check in. Our hosts were very responsive when we required extra linen and towels for our additional guest. We booked with them last minute due to a fall through in our other plans and they were able to accommodate us ASAP. Thank you very much would love to stay again! 😊
